About the App

The Daily Beloved is a free devotional web application created as a ministry resource for personal devotion, family worship, and church use. It provides access to the KJV Bible, devotional books, hymns, scripture songs, audio books, and related faith-based resources. The app is offered to help users grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Saviour Jesus Christ.

Permitted Use

You are welcome to use The Daily Beloved:

• Personally, for your own daily devotionals and quiet time with God.
• As a family, for morning and evening worship.
• At church, for congregational devotional use, Sabbath School, prayer meetings, and other worship settings.
• Freely, without subscription, login, or advertising.

Content and Intellectual Property

The resources available through The Daily Beloved are provided for devotional and educational use.

• The King James Version of the Bible is available for use in the app. The KJV is published as public domain in the United States, though rights and printing rules may vary in other jurisdictions such as the United Kingdom.
• Ellen G. White writings are made available through the Ellen G. White Estate, which provides free online access to the complete published writings.
• Hymns, scripture songs, and audio books may be included for worship and ministry purposes. If any content is subject to separate copyright or licensing terms, that content remains the property of its respective rights holder.
• The Daily Beloved name, branding, original design, original wording, and original app features remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise stated.

You may use the content in the App for personal, family, and church worship, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its original materials without written permission.

Donation Information

If you choose to make a voluntary donation, you may be asked to provide your name and email address for transaction recording and confirmation purposes. This information is used only for donation administration and record-keeping, and not for marketing or unrelated communications.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to scrape, bulk download, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App.
• Misrepresent the App or its content as your own work.
• Use the App in a way that is disrespectful, defamatory, or contrary to its ministry purpose.
• Use the App's content for commercial redistribution without permission.

No Warranties

The Daily Beloved is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While every effort is made to keep the App reliable and accurate, the creator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or compatibility with every device or browser.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of The Daily Beloved shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Ministry Purpose

The Daily Beloved was created as a free ministry tool to bless users in their personal devotion, family worship, and church life. Users are encouraged to use the App reverently and in harmony with its purpose of pointing hearts to God.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute should first be approached in a spirit of Christian goodwill.
